		<content type="html">Hypothetically, if one spouse rearranges all of their assets including things like joint accounts, beneficiary designations, etc. right before they file for divorce and the automatic orders go out, does the defendant spouse have any recourse?</content>

		<content type="html">Exactly. Automatic orders prevent either party from depleting the marital assets whether that be bank accounts, retirement funds, or equity in the marital home.</content>
